A Bit About Bill
Bill is a Co-Founder and Executive Director of our academy and a serial entrepreneur. As an avid sports enthusiast, Bill enjoys spending time with his kids by coaching their various sports teams. From baseball to flag football, to basketball and golf, Bill spends many hours studying, organizing, and preparing his sons and other young players to learn, improve and excel in sports. Through coaching, he tries to teach young people valuable life lessons such as effort, focus, positive attitude, and work ethic.

At his day job, Bill is the Managing Shareholder of Oseran Hahn P.S., a 25+ person boutique business and litigation law firm located in Bellevue, Washington. As a leading transactional attorney in the Pacific Northwest, he provides his domestic and international clients with expert insights and pragmatic solutions in conducting business transactions in today’s fast-moving economy. Bill is also a serial investor and entrepreneur – he has interests in businesses such as syndicated real estate partnerships, quantitative hedge fund, lending fund, automotive dealership, automotive restoration and customization company, MOTO Pizza and various other business ventures. And now, he is a Co-Founder, investor, and Executive Director of our academy.

With a unique blend of past public accounting experience, legal expertise and entrepreneurship, as well as his passion for baseball and developing young athletes, Bill is keen to build our academy into the top development and training academy for baseball and softball athletes throughout the United States.

Bill grew up in Taipei (Taiwan) and immigrated to Canada/U.S. at the age of 13. He currently lives in Mercer Island (WA) with his wife Jamie and two sons Tilden (Lakeside School Class of 2026) and Dexter (Class of 2031).
