A Bit About Wade
Wade is a Co-Founder and Director of Program and Culture Development of our academy, and he is also the Executive Director of Elevate Northwest Baseball and Fastptich – a premier baseball and fastpitch softball program located in Woodinville, Washington.

Wade holds several key certifications in athletic performance and sports management and has directed programs for the Boys & Girls Club, YMCA, Arena Sports, and multiple school districts in Oregon and Washington. While he specializes in pitching instructions and athletic performance enhancement, Wade’s genuine passion is mentoring and supporting young athletes in our program through teaching and maintaining our mission, culture and vision in order to elevate our athletes’ positive mindset, competitiveness and physical/mental wellbeing.

Wade is instrumental in developing and constantly improving our academy’s culture code and mental conditioning program, which are aimed to enhance athletic performance under pressure and teach valuable life skills required for our athletes to succeed in life.

Wade is a resident of Bothell and he had previously studied and worked in Oregon.
